Basic Policy

We require a 40% deposit on most jobs and the remaining 60% upon or before delivery of customer goods. in some cases, we could ask customers to pay and clear the remaining balance before delivery. fabrics and faux leathers used by us are Crip 5 fire retardant. Our prices are a projection and could differ based on the change of materials selected or the change in the number of jobs and/or value of work.  

Refunds

As a servicing company, we do not provide refunds if the customer decided to cancel work by any means. if we cancel the job we will fully refund and return the customer’s goods. If a deposit has been paid and/or the Job has been collected refund of the deposit is not possible and if the job has been cancelled by any means by the customer we will not refund the deposit. if a customer is not satisfied with the job results we must be given the chance to fix any issues with our work or materials. If a customer is not happy with the results they must still fully pay and clear the balance and if the issue is reasonable or/and we have not completed our agreement fully we must be given the chance to fix the stated issues. This may result in delays.   Delayed work  The time frame deadlines provided are estimated, and job completion could be delayed or early. we can only give notice of uplift which is 2 weeks starting 1 week after the deadline week.

Exchanges

All materials used for upholstery services are warrantied up to 5 years under the conditions that labour cost is covered If the customer decides to cancel the work they can request to receive the materials ordered for their job and the deposit will not be refunded.

Shipping Returns

Delivery prices could differ based on location. We provide Free uplift & Delivery to jobs worth over £1500. if the customer desires to do a drop-off and uplift after job completion this must be done within 2 weeks of the customer being noticed. if the notice period passes we might look into auctioning goods to recover our service charges or charge for storage.
